With my book Bird Brain coming out in August, and the excitement in Emery Towers at almost fever pitch (well a fever that has been heavily treated with paracetamol and rapidly getting better), I thought I would post a video of a flick through of the book, so you can get an idea of its contents. It’s very heavily illustrated, not only with beautiful photographs (including some of my own), but also lots of illustrations. I created all the illustrations, but then Ivy Press had three talented illustrators to manipulate them into their house style. I loved the original, but the changes have really improved upon them. I’ll start posting my originals close to the book’s publication date so you can get an idea of how they differ.

Unfortunately, because of my plan on WordPress, I cannot post videos and it’s not worth it for what they charge per month. However, I’m going to try to post it on Twitter, so please check it out there (if i can get it to work).
